We can change the email address, but this is limited to do from the hand of a support technician. Since you would indeed open a support request from your dashboard.
Regarding the access for your developer, I am glad to inform you that our team feature is about to release 48 hours from now, and if you want to give access to your developers you can invite them by entering their email address in the team section. Then once they created an account, your server will be available in their dashboard. Also, you can revoke their access whenever you need.
